WINGS INTEREST LUNCHEON

All ladies of the church are invited.
WINGS is hosting a lady’ luncheon for those who would like to learn more about WINGS and their mission of service to DUMC and the community. There is no charge for the luncheon. Come learn more about WINGS and how you can get involved!
5th SUNDAY BRUNCH AT DUMC
We’re having brunch in lieu of Connection Classes & Sunday School Classes on Sunday, September 29th at 9:45am.
All are welcome and encouraged to attend this time of fellowship before the 11am service.
We’ll need some help providing food; if you are willing to help, click HERE to sign up for what you plan to bring.
RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE AT DUMC
The Red Cross will be on campus for those willing to donate blood on Saturday, September 21st.
This event is part of DUMC’s Day of Community Outreach & Service.

Meet in the sanctuary at Dacula UMC to start the day.
Who are we serving?
Red Cross Blood Drive-the blood mobile will be on campus for those willing to donate blood. We need as many people as we can get as blood supplies are needed!
Golden Manor Assisted Living-we’ll bake and deliver cookies, stay to play BINGO with residents, and make cards for residents.
Gwinnett Fire (Dacula Fire Department)-we’ll bake and deliver cookies to our hard-working heroes at the Dacula Road station.
The Block Community Outreach-we’ll bag beans to feed approximately 450 food insecure children.
Dacula Elementary School-we’ll work to clean up trash and debris from the DES campus (bring your gloves & a small saw, if you have one, to cut fallen tree limbs.
DUMC Homebound Members-we’ll make cards to send to members who are unable to come to church, so they know they are thought about and loved.
Wellroot Family Services-we’ll collect diaper donations and deliver them to Wellroot.
Donations needed: These items may be dropped off to the church any day prior to noon on 9/21.
